ObjectNow is based in Scotland. We help people and communities across the UK object to large-scale energy developments. These include wind farms, solar parks, pylons, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Our goal is simple: make the planning system easier to use and fairer for everyone. You shouldn’t need legal knowledge or a big budget to be heard.

In 2024, we helped a local group in Dumfries and Galloway fight the Glenvernoch Wind Farm proposal. That campaign — Hands Off Our Hills — used an early version of our tool. It worked. Objection numbers soared, and other groups started asking how they could use the same system.
So we built ObjectNow: a platform anyone in the UK can use to object to energy projects quickly and confidently.
Since our official launch, ObjectNow has delivered exceptional results in a short space of time. We’ve supported individual objectors and grassroots campaign groups from the Highlands of Scotland to southern England, helping them submit powerful, legally grounded objections to wind farms, solar parks, BESS installations, and pylon developments.
