ObjectNow Objection Tool
876 days left to object
Objections should be submitted by 31 December 2028. Submitting before the deadline ensures your objection is fully taken into account.
This form supports voice typing (speech‑to‑text). You can speak into any text box instead of typing, using the dictation built in to your device:
Tap the text box you want to fill in first, then start dictation. Please review what you have said before submitting.
Enter your details so your objection can be prepared correctly. Your email address must be verified before you continue.
We have sent a verification code to your email address. Enter the code below to continue.
Can't find the email? Please check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, use Resend Code below, or edit your email address above if it isn't correct.
Please read and accept the terms before continuing to the objection section selection.
Every person may be affected by a proposal in different ways. Some people may be most concerned about wildlife, landscape or flooding, while others may be concerned about noise, traffic, heritage or effects on their community.
To help ensure your representation accurately reflects your own views, each planning topic has been divided into more specific concerns. Please consider each topic and select only the issues that genuinely matter to you. Your final objection will be assembled from the choices you make rather than automatically including every available issue.
There are no right or wrong selections. If a topic or concern does not apply to you, simply leave it out and continue. You will also be able to add your own comments and review the completed objection before deciding whether to submit it.
You have selected the planning topics that reflect your concerns. The next questions give you an opportunity to explain how the proposal affects you, your local area or the way you use the site. Answer only those that are relevant to your circumstances.
For example, views, noise, traffic, or anything you would notice day to day.
For example, walking, cycling, work, school runs, or local wildlife you know.
Explain in your own words why this matters to you personally.
Optional. Add anything further in your own words about how the proposal affects you, your home, your business, your community or the local environment.
Your objection will now be assembled from the planning topics and specific concerns you selected, together with any information you added in your own words. You will be able to review and edit it before submission.
This is a preview of your objection. It has not been submitted yet — nothing is sent until you click the Submit button at the bottom of this page. Take your time to read it through, and edit the text directly if you'd like to change anything.
Use Back to options to add or change sections and observations you may have missed. Regenerating will select fresh rewrite variations while keeping your selected sections, observations and comments.
Clicking Submit is the only thing that sends your objection. Download PDF just saves a copy to your device for your own records — it does not submit your objection.
You can attach up to 3 images (JPEG or PNG, 2MB each after compression). They will be sent as attachments alongside your letter, and referenced at the end of your letter as "Att: Supporting-Image-1.jpg" etc. Images are never stored on our server — they exist only long enough to send your email, then are permanently deleted.
