ObjectNow Support Tool
This campaign provides an opportunity for members of the public to submit formal representations concerning the Welsh Government’s provisional decision not to confirm the Glyndŵr National Park designation and its intention not to proceed with the previously announced Public Local Inquiry.
Despite Natural Resources Wales concluding that the proposed National Park meets the statutory designation criteria, the Welsh Government is considering refusing the designation without holding an independent inquiry to examine outstanding objections, disputed evidence and boundary concerns.
Through ObjectNow, individuals can raise concerns about the decision-making process, supporting evidence and procedural fairness, while requesting that Welsh Ministers reconsider their position and proceed with the Public Local Inquiry before reaching a final decision.

Objections should be submitted by 11 November 2026. Submitting before the deadline ensures your objection is fully taken into account.
This form supports voice typing (speech‑to‑text). You can speak into any text box instead of typing, using the dictation built in to your device:
Tap the text box you want to fill in first, then start dictation. Please review what you have said before submitting.

This campaign is not an objection to Glyndŵr National Park. It provides an opportunity to raise concerns about the Welsh Government’s provisional decision not to confirm its designation, including how the decision has been reached and whether the available evidence has been properly considered.
There are no right or wrong selections. As you progress through the following sections, simply select the issues that reflect your own concerns. If a topic does not apply to you, leave it unselected and continue.
You can also add your own comments and review your completed representation before deciding whether to submit it. Nothing is submitted automatically, and you remain in full control of your response.
Tick as many as apply, then continue.
You have selected the planning topics that reflect your concerns. The next questions give you an opportunity to explain how the proposal affects you, your local area or the way you use the site. Answer only those that are relevant to your circumstances.
For example, wildlife protection, tourism boost, preserving national beauty
Optional. Add anything further in your own words about how the proposal affects you, your home, your business, your community or the local environment.
Your objection will now be assembled from the planning topics and specific concerns you selected, together with any information you added in your own words. You will be able to review and edit it before submission.
This is a preview of your objection. It has not been submitted yet — nothing is sent until you click the Submit button at the bottom of this page. Take your time to read it through, and edit the text directly if you'd like to change anything.
Use Back to options to add or change sections and observations you may have missed. Regenerating will select fresh rewrite variations while keeping your selected sections, observations and comments.
Clicking Submit is the only thing that sends your objection. Download PDF just saves a copy to your device for your own records — it does not submit your objection.
We already have a submission which exactly matches the name, email, and address you've entered for this campaign.
